As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous entering the housing market. But Kelly Liedtke was an absolute life-saver and dream realtor to get us into the Newport News housing market! We couldn't travel last winter to look at houses, and Kelly would give us "virtual tours" through many homes that we looked at. When we found our house, she was clutch to getting us closed quickly - she found us a local mortgage lender when our first fell through, got us linked up with local insurance vendors, and even signed our closing with a POA when we couldn't travel from Japan.

And if that wasn't enough - Kelly acted as our property manager while we were moving from Japan to Virginia. She lined up contractors to help with new flooring, painting, and landscaping, and called us weekly with updates and walk-throughs so we could see what work the contractor had completed.
